At Bay we service all makes and models. Our Service Manager has many years of experience as a Saab Service Manager. Along with servicing Saabs he has vast experience of working with BMW, Mercedes, Volvo and other import luxury models as well as many other makes and models. Our goal at Bay is to provide quality repair by ASE trained technicians using the latest equipment at the same time as providing great customer service in a friendly atmosphere. We want to be your one stop shop for all things automotive, so as well as servicing your vehicle here to keep it in top condition if you do get in an accident we can handle that for you too in one of our Collision Centers.
As well as routine maintenance we also offer many other service items such as brake repairs, engine diagnostics, tire rotations, flushes, auto detailing and many others. We repair mufflers, perform tune-ups, top up fluids and check batteries. We also offer check ups on your a/c and heat systems to ensure you are comfortable during the whole year.

Bay Automotive is also well known as Bay Saab of Norfolk. Although Saab is not selling vehicles at this time we are still your local Official Saab Service Center. Our Master Saab Technician is on hand to assist and he is well versed in all the Saab models. We are an Official Saab Parts Center; you will be pleased to know that most parts can be ordered via our Saab software.
